Are underground utilities already laid at the homesites?

Yes, full services are available to each lot. All utilities, city sewer and water are already “stubbed” to each lot. This includes power, telecom/internet, and gas. Everything is set up and ready for your home design.

Do buyers own the land?

Yes. There is no land lease here at Desert Palisades, it is “Fee simple” land, meaning you own the land.

Is there a monthly HOA fee?

Yes, HOA fees are $87 per month.

What are the lot prices?

Prices range from $800,000 to $1,800,000.

What are the lot sizes for each lot?

The average size is 24,000 square feet; overall development is one lot per acre, including the open space tracts that run behind almost all of the lots.

Is there a preservation/"greenbelt” area?

We have a preservation area/greenbelt throughout the entire neighborhood. This “greenbelt” ranges from 50 to 100 feet, behind essentially every single lot. This is essentially extra land you get to enjoy, which adds to your views and privacy, but you don’t have to pay for it!

Are solar panels on roofs permitted?

Yes, they are encouraged but should be screened from view as much as possible.

Can I reserve a lot?
